- Budget control, monitor actual expenditures against budgeted figures
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Food Science.
- 3+ years in probiotic product registration and commercialization.
- Experience in product launch, distribution setup, and marketing execution.
- Strong communication and negotiation ability (English).
- Understanding of BPOM registration (NIE process) and Halal/BPJPH certification.
- Capable of building market positioning, branding, and pricing strategy for probiotics.
- Experience managing distributors, pharmacies, or e-commerce channels for probiotics.
- Familiar with digital and scientific marketing for health products for probiotics.
