Job Desk
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to hospitals, pharmacies, doctors and other healthcare facilities. Prepare/revise the site master file.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and potential clients.
- Maintain effective communication with relevant parties (doctors, pharmacists, purchasing managers, etc.) to support product sales.
- Compile sales reports and manage payment arrangements in accordance with company policies.
- Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Understand local market needs and advise on product improvement or development.
- Prepare regular reports on sales target achievement, marketing activities, and competitor analysis.
- Perform sales-related administration, including management of customer databases and preparation of visit schedules.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical product sales or in related industries is highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical products, market trends, as well as applicable regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate and build long-term business relationships.
- Analytical ability to understand sales data and market needs.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure,
- Good initiative and able to work in a team.
